This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing and supporting enterprise scale real-time integration solutions that connect a variety of business applications across the company. \- Experience with caching both within flows and using IBM eXtreme Scale within IIB \- Experience with performance tuning IIB applications \- Exposure to or use of IBM App Connect Enterprise(ACE) \- Version Control tool experience, preferably GIT \- Experience with data transmission protocols: HTTP/S, SSL \- Strong SQL skills \- Experience using the following databases - SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 \- WebSphere MQ application development skills and understanding of how application works with MQ. \- Experience in gathering business and technical requirements for new applications and application changes. \- Experience in creating detailed functional and technical design documents \- Experience with delivering IIB solutions that span multiple source and target technologies and applications, including Enterprise Data Warehouse, mainframe, ecommerce, logistics, Retail POS and SAP \- Experience with Splunk for testing and troubleshooting activities \- Excellent problem-solving skills \- Ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization \- Strong teamwork orientation \- Experience with mentoring less experienced team members \- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills \- Ability to work within tight technical and business constraintsEducation Level \- 4-Year Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: \- 5+
