Description Your Role The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for the delivery for HR Strategy and driving talent initiatives, supporting the VS&Co Production & Sourcing and Global Trade & Compliance teams. This includes responsibilities in Performance Management, Organizational Leadership review, Leadership Development and Culture. We place the customer at the heart of everything we do. Work with leadership in managing the talent lifecycle calendar and associated action items. Work with leadership to determine talent needs and retention strategies.
