Key Responsibilities HR Administration As the main point of contact for HR, respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Strong understanding of all company policies and handbooks to effectively communicate policies and guidelines to employees Performance Involved in conducting exit interviews and manage the exiting process for all departing employees Manage the performance reviews for 30/60/90 day reviews Manage development and performance improvement plans Manage the annual review process Benefits Manage benefits including educating employees, disseminating paperwork/forms/collateral, and managing enrollment/termination Assist employees with benefit questions and helping them to understand any invoices or benefit statements Assist with COBRA coverage, transit benefits, fringe benefits, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities. Must be flexible, compassionate, and seek to be innovative in their approach to problem solving. A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally. Must be energetic and self-motivated.
