The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. - Partner with Creative Director of retail and Visual Merch Director to support retail calendar of walk throughs, print release dates for windows and all POS marketing materials - Work closely with all channel Art Directors to establish and refine the overall design, tone and manner for each season. - Partner with Canada Marketing design coordinator and Visual Merch Manager for seameless and consistent execution in our Canada stores in alignment with the US campaign and brand vision - Support team on Oshkosh brand projects (40%) Lead concept, design and production of omni-channel tri-brand projects to include digital, retail and printed material - Develop brand marketing campaigns that will support brand needs across multiple channels includingdigital design, print and retail environmental design - Build a library of swipe and mood boards to pull for all needed projects. Experience and Skills - Organized, self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented and able to independently manage a project from conception to production - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work within given creative parameters and demanding deadlines and seek ways to improve processes and quality of output within functional areas - Excellent presentation and verbal skills are essential - Ability to take creative direction and meet deadlines - Attention to detail, organized, balance multiple tasks, eye for color and design, good communication - Hands-on, solution-oriented approach - Team player - 4-year bachelor degree in Graphic Design preferred - 5-7+ years experience in Graphic Design, specific to retail a plus - Advance knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, production skills a must.
