Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world. • Lead the assessment of environmental contamination with a focus on managing and remediating contaminated source areas; • Be recognized as a technical expert with authority in a specialized area, solving problems of greater scope and complexity; • Manage projects including directing junior staff, providing technical review and oversight, and mentoring; • Prepare reports and proposals, including scopes of work, project budgets, tracking, and schedules; • Interact with clients and deliver presentations; • Perform other duties as needed. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Science, Hydrogeology, or a closely related field; • At least 10 years of experience with a successful track record in marketing, project and staff management, client satisfaction, and business development, with familiarity of local clients and markets; an advanced degree may offset years of experience; • Prior experience with fieldwork; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; • Highly motivated self-starter; • Leadership skills and ability to manage within a team environment; • Ability to travel may be required; • Commitment to active participation in our employee-owned culture.
