Description Key contributor in Financial Reporting supporting VS Beauty Production & Sourcing. Responsible for moderately complex activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger, and the resulting managerial reports and financial statements. Close process includes numerous journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis in a compressed time period. Responsibilities: Deliver financial results and analysis to senior leadership including CFO and Controlle Variance analysis for complex high-risk accounts supporting executive reporting Partner with FP&A and other areas to determine root causes and solutions for variance Ensure compliance with existing controls, recommend changes / improvements to control environment, especially around IPE requirements, and contribute to development of controls for new business areas or processes Serve as the point of contact for EY and IA audit requests.
