SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

What You’ll Do: Consolidate actuals, forecasts and budgets across all brands globally Analyze and provide commentary on budget/forecast/actual variances Prepare management reports and KPIs, analyzing both current and past trends to provide analysis of key areas highlighting risks and opportunities, and assisting management in developing action plans and recommendations for improvements Liaison across brands and regions to develop both standardized and streamlined reporting, ensuring consistency Create both financial and nonfinancial reporting packages as well as presentations for senior management and Board of Directors Support the Earnings release as well as any ad hoc analysis for the earnings calls Contribute and support the implementation of various financial system projects as identified by management to improve financial control Support Hyperion Planning end users Partner with the accounting group on close activities, supporting both internal and external reporting Assist with ad hoc analysis across the Corporate FP&A department You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 2-4 years’ work experience in a finance organization Experience with Hyperion is required Excellent knowledge of Excel We’d Love to See: Excellent teamwork, relationship building, and coordinative skills, be able to work with diverse team across geographies Positive attitude, high level of intellectual curiosity combined with a ‘results-driven’ mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and presentation skills Be as self- starter, well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines Must have high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail Capri Perks: Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday Schedule Summer Fridays Internal mobility across Capri Brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Versace) Cross-brand Discount Exclusive Employee Sales Fav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family) 401k Match Paid Parental Leave Thrive Wellness Program (seasonal in-office massages and more!)
