Senior Fashion Stylist

We’re looking to be a dynamic team, who’s organized, motivated, and ready to help lead the store to success. Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs • Provide expert advice on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits • Utilize effective upselling techniques to increase sales and meet store goals • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising practices • Assist with stocking shelves and ensuring inventory is well-managed • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures • Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed • Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing transactions and managing inventory • Maintain knowledge of retail math to assist in tracking sales performance Requirements • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory • Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures • Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction • Supervising experience is beneficial for those looking to take on leadership roles • Ability to perform product demos effectively to educate customers about offerings Join us in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
