Work closely with designers and buyers to curate collections, determining the items to purchase and in what quantities.3. Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to create appealing store layouts and displays.Work with showroom managers to design window displays, aisle setups, and showroom layouts that attract customers and highlight products. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Fashion Merchandiser in the apparel industry.Strong background and experience in Girls' / Juniors' / Women's Apparel (clothing only; excluding shoes, bags, hats, and accessories).Experience in fast fashion / trend-driven market environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English.
