The Senior Designer is responsible for supporting day-to-day design processes by creating top-selling items and merchandising their own designs from start to finish, until the items launch to the website. Job Responsibilities • Lead the research and development of seasonal trends • Develop and execute new apparel designs • Create cohesive concept boards and sketches including the brand aesthetic and vision • Create technical packages for each collection Manage fabric development; sourcing textiles and trims, and order fabrics and trims as needed • Engage in all aspects of the design process from development through production; approving samples, modifying sketches as needed • Research current trends consistent with existing aesthetic of styles of multiple categories • Own the creative process from original inception to initial sample • Develop 100-120 new designs per month
