Senior Fashion Designer

A fast-growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to play a pivotal role in its dynamic design team. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the development of innovative seasonal collections, support cross-functional collaboration, and influence the future direction of the brand’s product vision. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to delivery. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in a designer role within the Ready-to-Wear or contemporary market • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (BFA or BA) • Strong hand and digital sketching skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop • Deep knowledge of RTW product categories including wovens, knits, outerwear, and novelty • Exceptional sense of color, trend, and fashion styling • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to balance creative design with business goals and brand DNA • Experience with PLM systems and technical pack development is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
