They will be a crucial cross-functional partner to multiple teams including merchandising, marketing, product, UX, and creative, working together to develop and implement site strategies. Proactively, look for opportunities to make digital experiences friction-less for customers and support evolving business goals. Partner with Product Management on site enhancement requests and help manage the execution by the Site Merchandising team. Partner with Product Management to conceptualize and test new site features that improve the site experience. Experience and Skills What youll need: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in eCommerce merchandising and/or retail Be highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills Be self-motivated, a big-picture thinker, and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively A natural curiosity and a customer-centric mindset A positive, enthusiastic attitude Ability to thrive and be agile in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Adobe Analytics is a plus Carters is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
