In your new role, you will have the opportunity to help define and shape the future of Digital Commerce across all of PVHs brands in the Americas region.You will collaborate with experts in the digital commerce space to develop innovative eCommerce, Omnichannel, and Retail product solutions.The Senior Director of Unified Commerce / Omnichannel enablement products will lead the team accountable for analyzing business process and/or system efficiency to improve our eCommerce and Retail products. Lead the product management and project management within the business solutions team to design and deliver technology solutions to meet the rapidly changing business landscape. You will also work collaboratively with several engineering & global product & platform teams to deliver scalable and high-quality technology solutions that unlock business value.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Participate in the development of IT Strategic business solutions plan; review business process mapping, analyses, and system changes across multiple business groups. Oversee the creation of functional specifications to realize current and future business capabilities.________________________________________________________________Specific requirements for Senior Director, Unified Commerce Enablement Products include:Stay abreast of industry trends in order to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development with the capability to implement industry best practices at PVH.Provide direction relating to business solutions for applications across brands for the PVH Unified Commerce landscape in the Americas.Partner with stakeholders in business units to cross-train and promote adoption of capabilities implemented by PVH IT.Showcase a deep understanding of the PVH eCommerce and Retail businesses and systems architecture from both a process and technology perspective to unlock the next generation of commercial opportunities.Facilitate scope planning exercises with respective brand(s) to understand and plan for IT capital investments and associated business and IT expenses needed to support the business unit through the fiscal year.Lead the business solutions team.
