SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ECOMMERCE

Title: Senior Director of Ecommerce Company Description: Top Women’s Contemporary Brand Location: Los Angeles, CA Responsibilities: Oversee ecommerce team of to ensure execution of day-to-day functions, which include site merchandising, content management, conversion optimization, and analytics Manage the strategy of a wide range of global ecommerce projects, including turning on new sites, site upgrades, 3rd party integrations, and new analytics or other site capabilities Build and maintain sales and KPI reports including revenue, returns, traffic, engagement, and site behavior across key markets, identifying growth opportunities and goals Oversee the execution of content updates to all stand-alone international sites Oversee and seek improvement opportunities with front end operations (content upload, site performance, etc.) Oversee and seek improvement opportunities with back end operations (fulfillment, distribution, fraud detection, customer service, etc. ), working closely with eCommerce supply chain and customer service team as well as directly with 3rd party providers Requirements: 8+ years of work experience across e-commerce operations Shopify Plus, Flow.IO experience Experience across both front end and back end operations
