This leader is also responsible for leading a cross-functional team against special CMO level programs for implementation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  GTM Operations:Lead and develop global GTM strategy, processes, templates, and forums that drive operational efficiencies and steer campaign launchesWork in partnership with Product, Retail, and Regions to support cross-functional needs and GTM timelinesInstill ways of work on project alignment, ownership, role expectations, and problem solving & decision durabilityCreate a culture of collaboration and transparency within clear standards and processes for large breadth of stakeholder groupsSpecial Projects:Lead the program management of special projects for the CMO group, to launch large-scale projects that require key cross-functional inputTeam Management: Lead and manage a team of GTM Operations and Program Managers to champion new established ways of working within the CMO, deliver operational excellence,  and launch special projects for the global marketing organizationDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience: 10+ years of marketing or project management experience with strength in cross-functional collaboration, driving complex projects and marketing initiativesStrong background in the fashion, retail or consumer goods industries, advertising also a plusAbility to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in own areas of scope and cross-functional projects and activitiesBroad understanding of the end-to-end processes of key marketing functionsForward-thinking with a balance of analytical and visionary thinking; proven success developing and implementing new, innovative ideas and processesProgressive experience in business process design with clear understanding of cross-functional stakeholders and teamsStrong business acumen to understand and apply new processes effectively to support Calvin Klein existing and planned future business prioritiesEducation:   Bachelor’s Degree, Master's degree or MBA preferred (or equivalent work experience)SkillsStrategic Leadership – Collaborate in the setting of goals and defining the strategy for the GTM operations function, developing organizational capability and process modeling on how we work together across the organization for marketing campaigns. Leads the implementation across cross-functional stakeholders within the CMO organization and beyondModels leadership behaviors that are grounded in Calvin Klein Mission and ValuesLeads implementation of transformation initiatives for GTM processes and operating modelCultivates a culture of agility and nimbleness; adapting processes and workflows to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholdersInfluences multiple and varied stakeholders at different levels across the organization to align with the business direction and processesChampions change leadership while staying attuned to the evolving needs of the team and the broader organizationPlanning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for Calvin Klein Global Consumer Marketing Organization - managing execution and measuring resultsIdentifies opportunities for GTM and business process transformation. Gains executive support and alignment for prioritization of those opportunitiesCollaborates across program, functional and business leads to develop and manage objectives, scope, budget and timelines for key projects/initiativesDevelops and executes communication strategies to drive change management, in support of new processes and ways of workBuild and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment around vision/direction of the CMO GTM process, key strategic decisions and business performanceProject Management Leadership – Leading project management for key CMO-level projectsFoster cross-functional collaboration among key project stakeholders to drive project progress forwardModel communication excellence for project planning, alignment, and decision-makingDocumenting risks and issues along with mitigation to solveDevelop project timeline and key milestones and ensure they are metChampion and operationalize best practice processesAbility to influence without direct authority, especially with senior executivesStrong communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to facilitate and gain alignment in cross-functional meeting settingsInternal:  Product, Merchandising, Retail Business Channels, Regional Marketing / Business Leaders, PMO, Marketing, Creative, Store Design & Visual Merchandising, eCom/CK.com, Brand and Corporate CommunicationsExternal:  External vendors and consultants, licenseesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct:  Global GTM Operations; Project and Program ManagementDECISION MAKING:  Makes strategic decisions on the GTM operating model and process. Works in partnership with CMO, NA, and Regional senior leaders to define roles and responsibilities and project structureRESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:  Continue to create new procedures and identify best solutions to improve efficiency globally. Must be flexible and resourceful to changing opinions to create effective global operating model for GTM processes that fosters collaboration and innovation and delivers strong business/financial impactENVIRONMENT:  Fast-paced environment with constant change.
