Description Strategize with the SVP on Global Sourcing Strategies, vendor and materials rationalization as well as setting AUC goals and supply/demand needs. Identify supply chain needs and in collaboration with the Lands’ End Hong Kong team, identify and assess new factories/mills/regions, as well as develop/train current vendors. Sign off on all vendor allocation Identify and implement opportunities to reduce lead-times and costs. Complete knowledge of product development, construction and production, as well as strong vendor management experience.
