Specific Responsibilities Centric Brands is focused on our customers and our brands that will drive the company’s future growth. The Senior Director of FP&A role will lead the Corporate Supply Chain Finance and IT functions for Centric Brands, manage Total Company Capital, and all Corporate department budgets. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees Warehousing and Distribution from a finance perspective, including monthly close, forecast, and budget Manges all Corporate Department budgets (e.g., IT, Finance, HR and Mktg) including headcount Manages Total Company unit flow In/Outbound and resulting inventory volume forecasts Reports and forecasts inbound freight costs that feed into Company PPV model. Own inbound freight model; Partner with accounting to report on Inbound freight costs and with Logistics to forecast YTG and Budget Overall responsibility for the operating expense and capital management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly (qrtly./annual) close processes Manage company unit inventory roll based on unit flow from each division Partner with CIO to manage Total Company IT budget; manage capital and expense budgets Partner with Corporate department leads to manage budgets and with HR to manage Total Corporate headcount Reconcile variances of monthly actuals between Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year for all areas of responsibility Coordinate with business partners to ensure that budgets fully reflect the potential financial impact of ongoing costs and new business initiatives Partner with business managers in preparing business cases to support their Capital Appropriations including financial analysis/modeling (ROI, NPV, lease vs. buy, lease classification testing and quantification of benefits and post-project assessments in support of financial business decision-making Develop robust analytics/KPI’s and value-add analysis to enable greater understanding of cost drivers Prepare analyses of incremental departmental costs (one-time and ongoing) associated with business initiatives (business transformation projects, new business integrations, acquisitions, etc.)
