Senior Director, Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion

As the Sr. Director of Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion you will report directly to the Vice President of Fashion Digital Acceleration, working across the business to deliver on Fashion's mission to provide on-trend styles and quality essentials, with unbeatable value, for the entire family - delivered in an engaging, ultra-convenient experience and with the purpose she expects. The Sr. Director of Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion will identify gaps in existing strategies, influence and implement needed adjustments, and cascade action plans across the organization by having sound business judgment, a strategic and innovative mindset, and strong leadership. In this role, a deep understanding of digital commerce and how it intersects with business priorities to create an omni customer experience will be critical.
