We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer Womens - Wovens to join the Banana Republic design team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating modern, sophisticated apparel for our customers, a strong understanding of the wovens market, and the ability to quickly adapt to the ever-evolving fashion industry.To be successful, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in apparel design. You must also have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to make an impact on the fashion industry. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
