This person will be Managing Contemporary /Missy swimwear Travel: Travel domestically within spring/summer months; some international travel needed throughout the year Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint Experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in designing swimwear Any experience working with Walmart a plus Ability to concept prints and build color palettes appropriate to target customer Ability to successfully follow and execute requisite steps in product development lifecycle from spark of inspiration to production-ready styles Able to participate in styles and fittings when needed Any PLM / Lotta a plus Strong understanding of fabrics, print processes, details, trims, fit, and construction Source and development new techniques, silhouettes, trims and fabrics Manage development of styles from initial conceptual development to production stage, with the help of cross-functional partners Participate in fitting all styles with the help of the tech design team Abe to select color, print, theme, fabric ect. / Research trends Salary: 100k – 145k depends on experience / great benefits 401k
