Ownership of design in women's activewear & support in Swim categories Develop product design ideas from concept through the completed garment. Follow brand standards and actively evolve brand taste and quality. Ability to build timeless, quality, classics with a refined eye and a focus on details. Ensuring the product is in agreement with the business strategy. 10+ years design experience – active wear and swimwear a MUST Deep understanding and experience in stretch fabrics Exceptional skills in Adobe Illustrator Understand Design for Mass Market Good commercial business network and knowledge in the apparel arena Not easily unnerved & ability to handle deadline stress and pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrable technical experience in fit & construction Ability to learn and take direction, as well as teach and give direction Domestic & International travel is required on occasion Friendly, outgoing personality Teamwork is a must
