NYC Alliance seeks a highly talented and experienced **Senior Designer** specializing in **Juniors** fashion. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and trend-setting designs for our Juniors category. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing designs that meet the brand's aesthetic and market demands.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with brand aesthetic and target market
* Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production
* Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable products
* Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences
* Ensure all designs meet quality and industry standards
* Provide guidance and direction to design team members
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Juniors fashion
* Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, PLM
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics in the Juniors segment
