The primary purpose of this position is to be a part of the team that helps Hearth & Soul create lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service. This position also offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the brand by assisting in buying, merchandising, marketing and tracking and measuring results, with input and research into plans to expand to other markets. - Front line interface with customers creating lasting relationships, gathering customer data and engaging in customer outreach and service delivery.
