As the Senior Creative Director at Old Navy, you will be the strategic creative leader responsible for developing and executing compelling visual storytelling across all brand touchpoints. In this role, you will translate marketing strategy into innovative, culturally relevant creative campaigns that elevate the Old Navy brand, inspire customers, and drive business results. You'll lead a team of Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers while partnering closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Styling, and other cross-functional leaders. • Oversee and approve creative briefs, campaign concepts, and execution plans • 15+ years of creative experience with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles at major consumer brands • Proven track record developing innovative, market-leading campaigns that drive business results • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative vision, and versatility • Deep expertise in creative direction, photography, art direction, and integrated marketing • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across various channels and touchpoints • Strong understanding of retail, fashion, and consumer marketing • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related creative field
