SENIOR COORDINATOR, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Our products are made to feel good both inside and out and include loungewear, knit tops, bras, panties, activewear, accessories, beauty and more. The Social Media Senior Coordinator will be a key player in driving big-picture strategy across all social platforms, and will be responsible for driving best-in-class engagement and growing key platforms to bring the initiatives to life. Primary Responsibilities: Cadence and Scheduling: Build and oversee social media content calendars, aligning to the overall social strategy for each floorset working closely with cross functional teams Responsible for updating social calendar details aligning to changes to the business, ensuring cadence is up to date for weekly review. Leading weekly in house creative briefings with clear, concise direction Source, request, and organize assets from in-house creative, UGC, Campus Reps, and team, ensuring content is optimized to increase engagement and reach according to best practices per platform Work with Talent team on post scheduling and messaging details Work with Campus Rep team to develop an always plan for social, playing on mindset moments and style Work with legal team to develop sweeps/UGC plans and set permissions Engagement/Listening React and engage with other brands, influencers, fans who are posting about PINK, engaging with audience across all platforms, responding to user DMs and comments focused on brand building (not responding to order/shipping/inventory questions) Manage posting and responses to any LIVE social posts/sessions Shareback sentiment and user commentary trends with team Develop a deep understanding of brand POV and voice to reflect in social Patterning/Ideation Pull social patterning & keep team on the pulse with current trends Ideate social content and provide input and ideas that help move the brand forward in social Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 2-3 years of hands-on social media experience with a brand or agency Deep understanding of top social media platforms, including TikTok, IG & Snapchat Ability to balance multiple workstreams and prioritization Outstanding communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to make quick decisions Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn Ability to think both creatively and strategically Deep knowledge of youth culture, preferably with an interest in fashion retail and global Gen Z Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and deal with accelerated deadlines and shifting deliverable Fun, friendly, positive team player who is open to receiving and executing feedback *Please provide any Instagram, TikTok or other social handles you manage – we're all about social and want to see what you've got!
