SENIOR CONSUMER INSIGHTS ANALYST

This position interacts with internal customers from marketing, merchandising, product development, and e-commerce, to guide and inspire decisions through the use of consumer insights. Works closely with marketing, merchandising, and other key functional team partners in order to ensure that reports and analyses delivered measure succinctly and comprehensively the tactical performance of key execution on consumer attitude and behavior Designs, manages and delivers results of consumer research studies and custom-designed strategic and tactical studies Generates statistical data from quantitative studies, as well as insights from qualitative research, and prepares written analysis of research Combines learning from quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide actionable business recommendations Identifies and communicates consumer insights in an actionable and inspiring manner Requires minimal direction in development of research, analysis and written communication of findings Advises and consults with internal partners to understand and clarify business and brand objectives in order to develop Research Briefs Establishes research scope, methodology and necessary resources. Partners with outside vendors and Research Manager to develop research objective and RFP as necessary Manages research projects by communicating requirements, monitoring research activities, identifying and addressing potential concerns, and ensuring deadlines are met Bachelor's Degree Strong presentation skills - both in development and verbal communication Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them to develop insights Established skill set for conducting and using qualitative methodologies Proven proficiency using SPSS (or other comparable statistical software) and Microsoft Office/Google suite Proven knowledge of marketing research methodologies and data implementation Minimum of three years of experience in marketing research
