Responsibilities: Creating successful seasonal product assortments and identify new categories and opportunities Responsible of executing buying strategies, product selection, purchase/financial accountability, and delivery of merchandise to stores and online. Identify assortment opportunities and be accountable for sales and margin performance. Work with Finance and Life cycle management on proper depth and breadth with reporting and analysis Work with Marketing and employ an understanding of product placement, customer traffic, conversions, optimization Work cross-functionally and in concert with other team members Knowledgeable of competition, market, and category trends.
