This role is responsible for capturing requirements for processes, tools and technology related to benefits and compensation administration. This position works closely with internal strategic business partners and external vendors to oversee end to end administration of benefits and compensation. Facilitate and performs necessary follow up with partners to ensure new or modified system functionality is documented accurately, requirements have been met and are aligned with project and/or business outcomes May lead post-project audits to ensure the process is improved for the next project Supports project team(s) with conducting initial system/process roll-out, including training
