Design Your Future at PVHSenior Business Analyst – Distribution Systems- PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the role of Senior Business Analyst for activities related to the implementation, enhancement and support of logistics based execution systems and applications.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership across the WM and WCS systems and technical environmentsWork with Business and IT partners to evaluate, define and document requirements for new initiatives, projects and enhancementsLead the design and deployment of major projects as well as ongoing continuous improvement initiatives of PVH’s Logistics based execution systemsDevelop functional and technical specifications per business requirementsPerform project manager or project lead role as required, effectively collaborating  and coordinating between IT, business and other functionsCommunicate with senior stakeholders across PVH on key technology initiatives - including business benefits, status, progress, and risks/dependenciesPerform technical support role as needed, providing root cause analysis and resolutionEvaluate new systems and technologies as it relates to logistics execution systems(RFID, Blockchain, Robotics)Work closely with PVH PMO team to ensure compliance with the PVH project methodologySupport the business teams in their use and understanding of the systems and business processesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:  8 years hands on technical experience with Manhattan Associates’ WM application8 years of experience leading large scale projects and deployments8 years of experience with host integration applications and tools5 plus years of experience with process controls and warehouse automation systemsProficient with data analytic tools such as Query, SQL and DBU Strong knowledge and experience related to OS400 and DB2 functionality Requires expertise in systems design and project planning methodologies Experience with business processes, functional design concepts and principles  Experience with MS Project Management preferredBasic knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Education:   B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related studies preferred.Skills:  Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvementEffective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organizationStrong project management skills for planning, resourcing, monitoring project and improvement initiativesAble to manage multiple projects concurrentlyGoal oriented and self-motivated within a collaborative team environmentDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts#LI-116885563_AS1PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
