SENIOR BRAND STRATEGY COORDINATOR

BUSINESS IMPACT Develop and articulate brand strategies for seasonal and evergreen marketing initiatives that support the organization’s priorities of driving traffic and operational excellence. Work closely with creative and activation teams to bring brand strategies to life. Lead collaboration with Customer Insights team to develop seasonal Learning Plans and research plans Contribute and attend research related to each season Uncover category, competitive, and consumer insights and apply insights to each season, relevant to the overall brand strategy Strategic partner in developing the brand strategy briefs for each season Work closely with cross-functional teams (seasonal, promotional and media) to gain alignment on strategic priorities, ensure plans are actionable, and drive activation Maintain and monitor project timelines and follow up with cross-functional team members on an ongoing basis Influence creative and media development each season through strategy and critical feedback Guard and maintain a consistent brand identity within the season Contribute to the development and execution of brand communications and track brand executions as they come to life in each season Build trust and respect among creative partners Manage seasonal agency collaboration Develop close partnerships across the company to encourage adoption of the brand Encourage and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to engage the Brand Positioning team at the start of key initiatives Identify opportunities for further education and alignment on Brand Positioning key outputs Continue to work to elevate the team within marketing and across the organization 5 or more years related experience Bachelors degree in related field Self-starting, flexible, results-driven, quick-learning Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with ability to generate and recommend ideas to drive brand initiatives Preferred Previous marketing experience with brand or customer strategy Experience in managing agencies and partnering with cross-functional teams
