With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. This position is responsible for providing direct administrative support, oversight and organization to the Executive Officers. Schedules, coordinates, and manages calendars daily as well as pulls reports. Schedules calls with varying levels of internal/external customers. Prepares quality presentations as needed.
