Senior Apparel Designer

The Senior Apparel Designer is responsible for delivering brand-elevating, production-ready apparel with a primary focus on women’s while also contributing to the men’s line, in alignment with Pact’s sustainability mission, quality standards, and commercial goals. A core focus of this role is designing with GOTS-certified organic cotton materials, ensuring thoughtful execution across knit and woven constructions from initial concept through final approval. This position plays a key role in shaping Pact’s all-over print and graphic strategy, partnering closely with the Print team to develop original, repeat-ready artwork that translates seamlessly across knit and woven applications. ● Contribute to the evolution of Pact’s print language and seasonal storytelling across categories.
