Senior Apparel Designer

We are seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to join the creative team at ALEXIS, a high-end women's ready-to-wear brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's fashion design and experience leading a design team. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Lead the design process for the brand's ready-to-wear collections, including concept development, sketching, and prototyping • Collaborate with the creative director and other members of the design team to ensure collections are cohesive and on-brand • Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inform design decisions • Oversee the selection of fabrics and trims for the collection • Work closely with the technical design team to ensure that garments are properly constructed and fit well • Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure garments fit and function properly. • 7+ years of experience in fashion design, with at least 4 years in a senior designer role. • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in women's fashion.
