Senior Apparel Designer

An advanced contemporary RTW company is seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to support the Design Director in bringing elevated, fashion-forward collections to life. You should have a strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them into creative designs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design process for the brand's ready-to-wear collections, including concept development, sketching, and prototyping • Collaborate with the creative director and other members of the design team to ensure collections are cohesive and on-brand • Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inform design decisions • Oversee the selection of fabrics and trims for the collection • Work closely with the technical design team to ensure that garments are properly constructed and fit well • Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure garments fit and function properly. • 7+ years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3 years in a senior designer role. • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in women's fashion.
