Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. As a key player in the Sustainable Product initiatives at Carters, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting tools to show progress on sustainable product initiatives and sustainable chemistry initiatives such as RSL, MRSL. * Research and provide recommendations on MRSL program to align with Industry and trends * Work with cross-functional teams to establish benchmarks and statistics of current state and future state for the MRSL program * Participate in Business Process Improvement workstreams, provide requirements and points of view to support long-term Sustainability strategy needs Experience and Skills * Significant knowledge of key topics in apparel sustainability/ESG space such as sustainable materials, certifications, NGOs, and chemical management including sustainable chemistry schemes. * Normal office environment * Role is based in our Buckhead office location * Occasional travel to industry conferences or events may be required NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
