SENIOR ANALYST

With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. This position is responsible for providing application support to Chico’s FAS by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Analyzes business processes; evaluates alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches while seeking to exploit technology components. Contributes to the designs, development, testing, and documentation of complex programs from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools. Completes documentation as required to be compliant with FAS standards, including Functional and Technical Design Documents, Design Summaries, Administration, Testing documentation, Training documentation and User Guides.
