SENIOR ALLOCATION ANALYST

Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. Collaborate with quality assurance to provide demand detail and prioritization of inspection/re-worked goods Creation/Publication of Analysis Summary − Provide support for consistent business growth and operations improvement − Responsible for monthly performance metrics and projections to internal partners, including pulling and analyzing data, and providing direction for order management and Supply Chain Leadership as a result of analysis Testing, Training, Other − Train co-workers, from team and department, on ways to simplify practices and increase productivity − Responsible for gathering/documenting business requirements and scenarios for system enhancements, lead proof of concept and testing for implementation SUPERVISORY / BUDGETARY / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY − Support financial planning and budgeting processes − Acts as liaison between Sales, Planning, Forecasting, Quality and OML Representatives to ensure timely communication and cooperation SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE - ANY DUTIES NOT CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL) − Required to assist in data analysis to support merchandising analytics or act as primary lead of S&OP team and related activities as necessitated by business demand
