Focus on Ecommerce and retail accounting Retail inventory valuation and reconciliationManage accurate and timely completion of all accounting close responsibilities Responsible for Balance sheet reconciliations with a clear understanding of the accounts Ensure accuracy and timely completion of month end tasks and balance sheet reconciliations identifying and escalating risks to manager Gift card reconciliations Marketplace accounting Fixed asset accounting Responsible for Prepaids and Accruals within legal entity Provide tax support as needed Perform journal entries as needed for the role Monitor and reconcile third party transactions with former and current owners Record intercompany activities Continuous learning and development of accounting theory Identify and drive efficiencies and improve processes Lead and execute accounting and finance projects within timelines and budget Maintain strong, independent communication within own team and local business partners, advise other teams on changes to the business and topics that impact accounting for the legal entity Identify Reebok relevant accounting issues within own team, maintain independent communication with GBS and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues, escalate risks Cross train with team in order to spread tasks appropriately and cover for others Support Accounting team by executing additional responsibilities and special projects as required, attend key meetings and report on findings from meetings Key Relationships: Accounting team, Finance, treasury, tax, external auditors, Reebok business and Reebok CFO Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Deadline driven, results-oriented, highly responsible and accountable, high integrity, strong work ethic and values.
