Senior Account Executive, Majestic Filatures

For the past 30 years, Majestic Filatures has developed luxury T-shirts exclusively handcrafted in Paris and manufactured in Europe. Our approach is to treat this basic item of clothing with luxury, simplicity and timelessness. The Senior Account Executive contributes to and executes strategies set in collaboration with the Management Team in order to maximize sales, support and promote the brand, and maintain optimal relationships with customers. Based on the West Coast, US, this candidate will be responsible for cultivating new accounts and generating opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Develop a meaningful retail client base Nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up Lead sales meetings and work at trade shows, including booth/showroom setup, as well as monitoring weekly sales for Independent and Major Accounts Oversee delivery flow and allocations, as well as work with accounts on POP, merchandising, product knowledge seminars, and event determination Conduct specialty store and department store visits, presentations, product knowledge clinics and comments on brand and needs of the retailer Develop opportunities for new business Work closely with the Management team on the achievement of the overall business strategy Provide support on special projects, including preparation and execution of trunk shows and PKs, sample shipping and tracking, etc Maintain line sheets, monitor retail sell throughs, process orders, issue return authorizations Qualifications Preferred experience in contemporary, designer and luxury apparel categories, with both Major Accounts and Specialty Accounts Resourceful, creative and driven Supportive, team-player mentality High degree of initiative and adaptability Strategic thinker with a strong network of accounts Strong customer service skills Ability to work with tight deadlines Ability and willingness to travel Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail Comfortable in retail math and end of season calculations Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc.
