Senior Account Executive, Key Accounts - Fashion Apparel

This role is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, overseeing account execution, and serving as the primary point of contact for key clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers and decision-makers Lead client meetings, presentations, seasonal reviews, and strategic discussions Maintain consistent communication with accounts regarding timelines, product development, pricing, and delivery updates Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention Help establish processes and standards for account management as the company scales Mentor junior sales or account management team members when applicable Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive analysis to leadership Contribute to overall sales strategy and brand growth initiatives 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in fashion apparel Experience working with retail, wholesale, or private label accounts Familiarity with apparel production calendars and development timelines Understanding of merchandising, costing, and product lifecycle processes Existing relationships within the fashion or activewear industry are a plus Experience managing large or strategic accounts preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Experience working cross-functionally with product/design/operations teams preferred Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and order management tools Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/yr Health benefits (if applicable) PTO and paid holidays Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company
