YOU WILL BE:

By Appointment Style Advisors are Saks Fifth Avenue sales Associates that have established deep relationships with clients and maximize sales opportunities by driving repeat business by appointment only with their clients. They consistently deliver memorable shopping experiences to all clients by planning their appointments to maximize results.Existing 1 million dollars+ Fifth Avenue Consultant that can no longer maintain a full-time schedule.Hold a client book that can maintain a minimum of one-in-person appointment per monthAble to facilitate appointments and maintain business independentlyKnowledgeable of store layout, current merchandise assortment and able to direct Customers to the appropriate areaYou maximize every appointment with a client to address their fashion needs and those of the client's networkYou inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience of Saks and increase engagementYou diagnose client spending and identify opportunities to increase engagement and wallet shareYou model all Saks Fifth Avenue Service Principles to both the internal and external customerYou focus all efforts on providing an exceptional experience to drive loyaltyYou educate clients on store services to ensure they are able to enjoy all Saks has to offerYou exceed the customer’s expectations in addressing their needs and always put the customer first when resolving issuesYou build your personal brand as a fashion authority through proactive marketing and outreachYou use multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisitionYou use clienteling tools to stay connected with the client and make targeted recommends based on shopping history and preferencesYou use technology to deliver 24/7 serviceYou take initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries in the store to maximize selling potential

You Also Have:

Established, highly productive Style Advisor with base of high-value clients interested in shopping by appointment. This individual has demonstrated consistent sales performance with results in achieving and exceeding established sales goals.Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively using available technology such as electronic register and clientele systems, computers, social media, etc.Demonstrates commitment and follow-through, attention to detail, initiative, and exemplary customer service.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.

As The By Appointment Style Advisor, You Will: Create a Welcoming Environment Conduct client appointments at the Fifth Avenue Club exclusivelyProvide in service appointments a minimum of once a monthNot exceeding an average of 20 hours weeklyMaintain an active volume of $500,000 or more yearlyMaintain a monthly touch base with Club manager to evaluate goals, learn new products and assess performanceStay up to date on store layout, current merchandise assortment and able to direct Customers to the appropriate areaAd hoc responsibilities as needed

Elevate Shopping Experience Be able to quickly assess customer needs in terms of: special occasion, vendors/product of interest, and how much time customer has, etc.Thoroughly knowledgeable on all in-store services and proactively offers the appropriate service to a customer to further personalize and enhance their shopping experience

Problem Solve Demonstrate a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBe able to understand a customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience Commission sales experience High School Diploma / equivalency required A flexible work schedule
