Seeking Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a key role at American Threads, responsible for leading a team of fashion-forward stylists and creating personalized experiences for every guest. Key responsibilities include: • Performing and supervising store opening and closing procedures, including counting funds, opening and closing registers, completing nightly cash deposits, and securing the facility. • Managing controllable expenses and overseeing loss prevention policies and procedures. Additional requirements include: • A high school diploma or equivalent/B.A or B. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
