If so, Fossil would love for you to be part of our security team ensuring the safety and security of all Fossil things. )- Passion to deliver a world class customer experience- Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong Your Job- Managing ingress and egress of all employees, contractors and visitors and ensuring compliance with the Fossil Physical Security Policy and PCI requirements- Monitoring video management tools for unusual activity and unauthorized individuals.- Observing all areas (interior and exterior) of the campus to include perimeter doors, parking structure and delivery docks- Conduct Investigations as directed- Vehicle Patrols - Supporting Retail Loss Prevention through alarm management, keys and core management, investigations, known loss incidents and any other operational need of the business as directed by Loss Prevention management. \- High School diploma or GED required \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools \- 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate or Customer facing environment \- Knowledge of CCTV and/or Access Control a plus * Valid Texas Drivers License \- Must be team oriented \- Excellent verbal, written and people skills \- Professional thinker with discretion and attention to detail is critical This role has a rotating schedule: 6am - 2:30pm; 5 days/week; off on Thursdays and Saturdays OR 1pm - 9pm; 5 days/week; off on Sundays and Wednesdays MUST be able to work both of these in a weekly rotation.
