SECURITY GUARD - Part Time

As America's oldest clothing retailer, Brooks Brothers has a long history of creating long-term relationships with both our Customers and our Associates. The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a part time Security Officer located at our Enfield, CT Distribution Center. This is a part time weekend position, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:30am-12:30pm. This position will provide physical security and protection of Brooks Brothers’ Associates, product, Corporate Office, and Distribution Center to ensure a low theft, crime free, safe, and secure work environment. Monitor and operate company intrusion alarm, access control and CCTV systems and physically open and close the Corporate Office and Distribution Center each day as well as conduct various inspections of security and life safety equipment Monitor employee and visitor entrance at the Distribution Center; greet and sign in visitors and vendors; conduct back/package checks Conduct audits within the Distribution Center of physical locations and outbound cartons to ensure accurate inventory at the SKU level; report all findings to appropriate management personnel Provide support to other departments within the company to meet business objectives, i.e. communication relays between departments, after-hours shipping/receiving, aid with temporary DC employees check in/out, etc.
