Function: Logistics ## Job description Repairs and provides maintenance of all functional and cosmetic aspects of physical plant and surrounding property by working through our digital system (Big Sky) to see what assignments are assigned daily Responsible for supervising direct facilities maintenance team. Maintains proper recycling of cardboard and plastic Ensures maintenance of electrical room and building supply rooms Maintains all required reports as per Facilities Manager/Operations Manager direction Financial Accountability: Helps to review estimates of material and labor costs for routine repairs, replacements and improvements with approval of Facilities Manager/Operations Manager.
