Style Advisors connect one on one with our customers through digital tools like Stylist Chat and Request a Look on Nordstrom.com. Style Advisors also influence a large customer audience by creating Nordstrom.com styling content through Public Looks. Qualifications • Experience in sales required; must be confident in selling all price points and all Nordstrom product • Experience with digital selling tools preferred • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting • Proficient in navigating various forms of tools and technology, (e.g., apps) • Ability to drive the execution and completion of deliverables on time and with appropriate urgency, such as responding to customer chat in a timely manner • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization and follow-through skills You must be willing to work in office at the Nordstrom Perimeter Mall location a minimum of 1 day per week in order to be considered for this role.
