Seasonal Store Support Teammate (Part-Time)

**Overview:** As a Seasonal Store Support Teammate, you will play a vital role in fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the overall success of the store. **Responsibilities:** • Greet Guests with a friendly and engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise, recommend products, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires • Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, consistently sharing that knowledge and education with Teammates • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management • Provide legendary service throughout the store in the top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness • Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team • Participate in daily setup, training, and reviewing, and effectively utilize the Performance Tracker • Motivate Teammates to initiate and complete daily tasks • Demonstrate personal dress code to encourage and coach the latest fashion in all Teammates and Team Leaders • Complete all scheduled shifts and cover shifts when needed • Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns • Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely and confidential manner • *Qualifications:** • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom • Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and perform other physical demands as described in the job description • *Benefits:** • Competitive pay range: $15.50-$16/hr • Full-Time Teammate Benefits: + Health: comprehensive medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, and virtual care + Wealth: 401(k) with company match, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) + Peace of Mind: time off, income protection, leave of absence support, and supplemental insurance options • Part-Time Teammate Benefits: + 40% off Buckle products and 25% off Buckle gift cards + Medical Plan Access: choose between two comprehensive medical plans + 401(k) with Company Match: start planning for the future with traditional and Roth options + Mental Health Resources: access to free confidential counseling, wellness coaching, and self-care tools + Paid Leave in Applicable States: accrue paid leave where required by law
