JOB SUMMARY

The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for supporting store operations during peak business periods by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and assisting with operational tasks. This position requires a proactive and attentive individual who will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail setting. Seasonal Sales Associates play a key role in creating a positive work environment, supporting team collaboration, and contributing to overall store success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTCOMES

Unloads, processes, and stocks freight.
Assists with price changes and markdowns.
Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Provides excellent customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with fitting room policies, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Follows all safety procedures and operational policies.
Supports management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock levels.
Assists with implementing Loss Prevention procedures, including monitoring for theft and reporting incidents of dishonesty.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the store team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent

Sales Associates must work their scheduled hours per week and perform the essential physical functions listed below with or without accommodation.
