Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vibrant brand to life during the most exciting times of the year. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to every guest by making a meaningful difference in their day! You are the face of our organization, and we take pride in this role. You resonate with our inspired designs and purpose-driven brand, embodying the Kendra Scott culture in a unique and positive way!

• You take Action: Making a difference in your guests' experience is your top priority. You proactively address concerns to ensure their visits are consistently delightful.
• You Collaborate: You are always ready to support your team in delivering WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
