Our client is looking for Seasonal Sales Associates to assist their boutique staff in Mall of America, MN! You must be able to work weekends and holidays!
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to occupancy limit of boutiqueAct as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact upon entryManage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with boutique managementDevelop a client book and manage client communicationsSupport the achievement of overall sales objectivesSupport boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiencesMaintain/ organize the stock room and replenish the floor as neededSupport boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique (visuals)Assist management with trainingSupport the team with operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in retail sales, luxury preferredMicrosoft Office proficientFlexible to work weekends/ standard retail hoursStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer prioritiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluency in English, additional language skills a plus
